TRM Labs seeks a Senior Intelligence Analyst to own blockchain intelligence for priority coverage areas. You will transform on-chain tracing, OSINT, and diverse signals into finished intelligence products targeting scams, fraud, counter-narcotics, and money laundering networks.
The role requires building AI-driven pipelines that process intel signals to augment target selection and attribution. You will work within a distributed team, applying rigorous analytical standards to investigate professional money laundering organizations and illicit gambling networks.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end intelligence coverage for a specific area
- Deliver source-cited intelligence products across threat categories
- Build AI capabilities to process signals and augment target selection
- Trace funds across chains and correlate with OSINT data
- Attribute money laundering organizations and threat actors
- Create reusable AI pipelines for the broader Intelligence team
- Set ambitious targets for coverage area tradecraft
What you'll need
- 5 to 8+ years in blockchain or financial-crime investigations
- Strong OSINT and off-chain investigative tradecraft skills
- Expertise in money laundering or illicit gambling networks
- Fluency in building production AI pipelines
- Track record of running complex independent investigations
- Ability to produce clear, source-cited written intelligence
- Willingness to collaborate across US time zones
Nice to have
- Mandarin Chinese language fluency
- Hands-on blockchain tracing experience
- Experience with nation-state threat actors
