Join the IT team of an AI company building world models to simulate reality. You will serve as the primary contact for employee technical requests, managing devices, accounts, and software tools. The role starts with core support tasks but expands into security compliance, infrastructure, and automation projects.
What you'll do
- Triage and resolve help-desk tickets for access and software issues
- Procure, configure, and ship laptops for new hires and off-boarding
- Manage Google Workspace users, groups, and license assignments
- Enforce endpoint security policies and maintain device compliance
- Administer corporate SaaS stack including renewals and access reviews
- Support office networking equipment and conference room AV setups
- Create technical documentation, run-books, and employee guides
What you'll need
- Proven experience in IT support or internal help-desk functions
- Strong troubleshooting skills with macOS systems and terminal
- Familiarity with Google Workspace administration and CLI tools
- Understanding of networking basics like DNS, DHCP, and LAN/WAN
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles such as encryption and access control
- Excellent written communication skills for remote coordination
- Self-directed work style with ability to manage tasks independently
Nice to have
- Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms
- Exposure to cloud infrastructure like AWS or GCP
- Scripting abilities in Python, Bash, or JavaScript
- Familiarity with zero-trust networking concepts
- Background in compliance frameworks such as SOC2 or ISO 27001
