You will own the end-to-end QA strategy, establishing processes and automation from the ground up for a fast-moving AI company. Working closely with product engineers, you will ensure safe continuous delivery while integrating AI into testing workflows. This foundational role offers high autonomy in shaping how quality is maintained across the stack.
What you'll do
- Own the QA strategy from risk triage to automation implementation
- Design scalable QA processes for small, fast-moving teams
- Set quality standards for safe production shipping at high cadence
- Automate integration, E2E, and regression testing
- Apply AI techniques to test case generation and log analysis
- Collaborate with engineers to balance speed and safety
What you'll need
- Experience building QA functions in early-stage teams
- Fluency with AI-assisted development and testing approaches
- Ability to prioritize testing based on risk and velocity
- Proficiency with QA tools like Playwright, Pytest, or Cypress
- Comfort working across full-stack environments including APIs and UIs
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tooling such as GitHub Actions
- Clear communication skills for collaborating with technical leads
Nice to have
- Experience testing AI-based or ML-driven products
- Familiarity with pytest, factory_boy, or coverage.py
- Ability to write or review testable React/NextJS components
- Background in startup or fast-paced environments
