Join Mimica as a Senior or Lead Solutions Engineer to help enterprises automate repetitive tasks using AI agents. You will lead technical demonstrations, manage proof-of-concept projects, and act as the primary technical liaison between prospects and internal product teams.
This position supports a fast-growing, remote-first company backed by significant venture funding. You will work with Fortune 500 clients to identify process bottlenecks and demonstrate how Mimica’s platform delivers measurable ROI through intelligent automation.
What you'll do
- Lead product demos and support technical evaluations to prove value and ROI
- Design and execute proof-of-concept plans with clear success criteria
- Serve as the voice of the customer to inform engineering and product roadmaps
- Create technical documentation, guides, and educational content for marketing
- Partner with business development to tailor messaging for specific industries
- Nurture relationships with decision-makers to drive renewals and upsells
What you'll need
- Background in solution architecture, sales engineering, or management consulting
- Experience delivering complex enterprise SaaS solutions tied to business goals
- Track record of scoping and executing pilots and production implementations
- Strong communication skills for both technical deep-dives and executive summaries
- Ability to interpret feedback and collaborate across functions to improve products
- Desire to continuously learn about intelligent automation and platform capabilities
Nice to have
- Knowledge of AI, task mining, or process transformation markets
- Experience introducing B2B products to new verticals or markets
