Join the Talent Development team at Amplify to design scalable learning experiences that support employee growth and performance. You will partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into engaging journeys across live, digital, and in-the-flow-of-work formats.
This hands-on role involves modernizing how learning is created and experienced, using generative AI and instructional design principles to drive capability building for managers and leaders.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end design of learning journeys for managers and employees
- Create accessible digital content including videos, modules, and job aids
- Apply WCAG 2.1 AA standards and inclusive design principles
- Use generative AI and automation to accelerate content development
- Manage content lifecycle in LMS and other digital platforms
- Evaluate learning effectiveness using feedback and engagement data
- Document design practices to help scale team operations
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education, or related field
- 5+ years in learning experience or instructional design
- Portfolio showing asynchronous, instructor-led, and blended work
- Knowledge of ADDIE, Universal Design for Learning, and behavior change
- Experience partnering with subject-matter experts and stakeholders
- Strong project management skills for multiple concurrent projects
- Proficiency with LearnUpon, Articulate, Camtasia, or similar tools
- Ability to use prompt design and lightweight automation effectively
Nice to have
- Professional Instructional or Learning Design certification
- Experience designing leadership or performance management programs
- Background in remote-first or distributed organizations
- Familiarity with Culture Amp or similar people technology tools
- Experience with knowledge-management and content lifecycle practices
