As a Senior Member of Technical Staff, you will own critical ML subsystems end-to-end. You will design practical solutions for ambiguous problems and ship systems that operate reliably at scale, turning research ideas into production-ready features.
What you'll do
- Build core ML systems for proactive, long-horizon AI products
- Own the full lifecycle from data preparation to inference
- Convert research concepts into reliable production systems
- Debug model failures using real production signals
- Iterate quickly by shipping, measuring, and refining outcomes
- Mentor other ML engineers through technical judgment
- Optimize for latency, cost, reliability, and safety constraints
What you'll need
- Experience building and shipping ML systems for real users
- Deep understanding of modern ML model behavior in production
- Ability to write strong, production-quality code
- Systems thinking approach rather than scripting mindset
- Proven ability to work independently and drive projects to completion
- Strong communication skills and capacity for rapid learning
