As a Senior Member of Technical Staff, you will independently own critical ML subsystems. You will design practical solutions for ambiguous problems and ship systems that operate reliably at scale, turning research ideas into robust production features.
What you'll do
- Build core ML systems for proactive, long-horizon AI products
- Own the full lifecycle from data preparation to inference
- Convert research concepts into reliable production systems
- Debug model failures using real-world production signals
- Iterate quickly by shipping, measuring, and refining outcomes
- Mentor other engineers through technical judgment and example
- Optimize for latency, cost, reliability, and safety constraints
What you'll need
- Proven experience shipping ML systems used by real users
- Deep understanding of modern ML model behavior in production
- Ability to write strong, production-quality system code
- Self-starter who takes ownership and drives work to completion
- Strong communication skills and ability to learn fast
- Experience collaborating with research and product teams
