Replicant uses voice AI to automate customer service interactions, allowing over half of callers to resolve issues without human assistance. As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will apply the latest research in Generative AI and NLP to enhance these conversational experiences.
You will join a distributed team working on complex enterprise automation scenarios. The role involves translating academic research into high-performing systems that scale securely and deliver tangible business results for major clients.
What you'll do
- Lead exploration and application of Large Language Models and Generative AI
- Translate latest research into practical, high-performing systems and models
- Help set strategic direction and foster an innovative team environment
- Engage in full development lifecycle from ideation to deployment
- Collaborate with product managers to optimize ML solutions for business goals
What you'll need
- 5+ years of software development experience in ML infra or products
- Experience with ML ecosystem tools like Python, PyTorch, Faiss, or Elastic Search
- Excellent communication skills and ability to tackle ambiguous problems
- Independent thinker who enjoys owning and solving complex technical challenges
- Interest in the nuances and aesthetics of human conversation
