Join the ML Recall team at Constructor to enhance ecommerce search experiences globally. You will build the retrieval layer of the search engine, ensuring relevant products appear for any query in milliseconds across multiple languages and domains.
What you'll do
- Build modern retrieval stacks with dense and sparse models
- Develop end-to-end visual solutions like image search
- Manage deep learning models used by other teams
- Experiment with new architectures and run A/B tests
- Create ground truth data to measure missed retrievals
What you'll need
- 4+ years shipping production ML systems
- Experience with search or recommendation systems
- Hands-on training of transformer models
- Strong Python and PyTorch skills
- Fluency in Spark or Airflow
- Experience owning models from framing to rollout
- Excellent English communication skills
