Chartis seeks a Senior Manager to join its Digital & Technology Transformation team. You will lead consulting engagements for healthcare providers, focusing on IT operational improvement, governance, M&A diligence, and enterprise digital strategy.
The position involves managing project delivery, mentoring junior staff, and acting as a trusted advisor to clients. While fully remote, candidates must reside in the US, with proximity to major offices preferred but not required.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end project delivery and balance stakeholder inputs
- Serve as a trusted advisor leveraging healthcare industry insights
- Mentor and coach junior team members to develop their skills
- Create high-quality deliverables that drive client action
- Contribute to firm growth through internal strategic initiatives
What you'll need
- At least 5 years of experience with healthcare provider strategies
- Background in consulting or professional services preferred
- Knowledge of clinical and enterprise platforms like Epic or Cerner
- Familiarity with AI technologies and their healthcare applications
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Nice to have
- Advanced degree such as MBA, MHA, or MPH
- Experience building financial models and business cases
- Proficiency with Tableau for data visualization
