As part of the Product Engineering organization, the DocV Solution Engineering team accelerates customer adoption and enhances platform stability. You will lead this group, partnering with Customer Success, Commercial, Product, and Engineering to unblock implementations and deliver high-impact technical solutions.
This position focuses on immediate technical work that supports revenue growth and new feature rollouts, distinct from the long-term roadmap handled by core backend and frontend teams. You will address integration challenges and technical debt while establishing feedback loops across the organization.
What you'll do
- Build and lead the DocV Solution Engineering team within Product Engineering
- Partner with Customer Success and Commercial teams to unblock implementations
- Deliver short-term technical initiatives to support active customer engagements
- Collaborate directly with customers on complex integrations and deployment issues
- Develop prototypes and features to accelerate adoption of new capabilities
- Address integration-related technical debt to improve reliability and stability
- Establish feedback loops between customers, success, product, and engineering
- Transition validated solutions into the core product roadmap with backend teams
What you'll need
- 8+ years in engineering, solutions engineering, or technical consulting
- At least 3 years leading customer-facing or hybrid engineering teams
- Strong understanding of APIs, SDKs, and enterprise integration patterns
- Ability to deliver production-quality solutions in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
