You will lead the pre-sales Solutions Engineering team, setting high standards for technical and commercial execution. This position requires hands-on involvement in major deals, from discovery calls to executive conversations, while defining processes for demos, POCs, and RFPs.
The role partners closely with Sales leadership to manage pipeline risk and forecast accuracy. You will translate field insights into product improvements and build compelling business cases focused on auth rate uplift, cost savings, and resilience for merchant CFOs.
