Join Cohere's mobile team to develop North, an AI workspace designed for enterprises in regulated industries. You will create secure, native applications that allow organizations to deploy AI while maintaining strict data control.
This position involves close collaboration with designers and researchers to productionize state-of-the-art models. You will work in an environment where security priorities may require custom engineering solutions over standard libraries.
What you'll do
- Build and ship features for the North AI workspace platform
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement interface elements
- Develop custom solutions when popular libraries do not meet security needs
- Work with researchers to productionize state-of-the-art AI models
- Research new technologies and engineering best practices
What you'll need
- Extensive experience with Swift and SwiftUI or Kotlin with Jetpack Compose
- Background building native apps for AI companies or high-traffic products
- Ability to debug and fix issues outside the main codebase
- Experience bootstrapping new mobile projects from scratch
- Capability to execute in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
