Join BJAK, a leading insurance and financial platform in Southeast Asia, as a Senior Motion Designer. You will drive creative direction for motion graphics, collaborating with marketing and product teams to produce high-quality animations and explainers.
This position offers the flexibility of remote work while requiring residence in Singapore. You will oversee production workflows, develop design systems, and help define the brand's visual identity through storytelling and advanced animation techniques.
What you'll do
- Lead design and animation for marketing campaigns and product explainers
- Conceptualize storyboards and animation sequences aligned with brand goals
- Mentor junior motion designers and guide creative project execution
- Develop reusable templates and motion design systems for efficiency
- Collaborate with video editors and graphic designers on multimedia content
- Experiment with advanced VFX, 3D animation, and emerging digital formats
What you'll need
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, or related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in motion design or animation
- Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Strong portfolio demonstrating advanced motion design and storytelling
- Excellent project management and communication skills in English
- Must be currently based in Singapore
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Cinema 4D or Blender
- Experience with Premiere Pro and other motion design tools
