Join BJAK, a leading mobile-first insurance and financial platform in Southeast Asia. As a Senior Motion Designer, you will drive creative direction for campaigns, product explainers, and social content while mentoring team members.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate objectives into high-quality motion graphics. This position demands strong storytelling skills and technical mastery of animation tools within a fast-paced, remote environment.
What you'll do
- Lead design and animation for marketing campaigns and product explainers
- Conceptualize storyboards and animation sequences aligned with brand goals
- Mentor junior motion designers and guide creative project execution
- Develop reusable templates and motion design systems for efficiency
- Collaborate with video editors and graphic designers on multimedia content
- Experiment with advanced VFX, 3D animation, and emerging digital formats
What you'll need
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, or related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in motion design or animation
- Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Strong portfolio demonstrating advanced motion design and storytelling
- Excellent project management and communication skills in English
- Must be currently based in Indonesia
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Cinema 4D or Blender
- Experience with Premiere Pro and other motion design tools
