Join Fieldguide as a dedicated Motion Designer to define the visual language of its motion graphics. You will transform complex cybersecurity and financial audit concepts into engaging animations, working closely with brand and product teams to elevate the user experience.
What you'll do
- Design motion graphics for brand videos, campaigns, and events
- Translate technical product concepts into clear visual stories
- Develop UI animations, data viz, and typography-driven sequences
- Own and evolve the company motion design system and principles
- Collaborate with brand and marketing teams from concept to delivery
- Partner with video editors on hybrid content and effects
What you'll need
- Strong portfolio showing visual storytelling and animation craft
- Ability to visualize technical ideas from text descriptions
- Fluency in After Effects, Figma, and similar production tools
- Experience with Cinema 4D, Lottie, Rive, or code-adjacent motion
- Strong typography skills and systems thinking approach
- Comfortable collaborating with Product Designers in Figma
