Join the Partnerships team at Thumbtack, a group operating like a startup within the company to incubate new products and business models. You will enhance native applications used by customers and pros, driving growth through integrations and new experiences.
The team is cross-functional, allowing for rapid experimentation and execution. You will work on high-impact projects ranging from GenAI strategy to major partner integrations, helping to expand Thumbtack's value across complementary platforms.
What you'll do
- Ship user-facing mobile features from design handoff to release
- Build new experiences and improve workflows for customers and pros
- Work across iOS and Android using agentic tools to accelerate delivery
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to scope and iterate
- Execute integrations with major partners and tailor experiences to needs
What you'll need
- Fluency in either Android or iOS development
- Expertise in Kotlin + Jetpack Compose or Swift + SwiftUI
- Ability to choose the right technical approach for specific features
- 6+ years of industry software engineering experience
- Significant background in building consumer-facing mobile features
