Join the SaaS Manager team to build the platform that helps organizations discover, govern, and optimize their AI and SaaS usage. You will tackle complex engineering challenges like shadow IT and access lifecycles while working with a collaborative team backed by 1Password's resources.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end design and delivery of complex features with minimal guidance
- Lead technical design discussions and write clear design documents
- Set and uphold best practices for testing, code quality, and observability
- Partner with product managers and designers to solve customer problems
- Mentor less experienced developers through pair programming and reviews
- Apply agentic AI tools to improve workflow efficiency and share insights
What you'll need
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Strong working knowledge of .NET, C#, and MongoDB
- Ability to solve large engineering problems independently
- Experience championing technical innovation and tool evaluation
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical contexts
- Commitment to high code quality via reviews and documentation
Nice to have
- Experience scaling legacy apps to enterprise-level platforms
- Familiarity with Go, Rust, TypeScript, or React
- Practical experience using AI in the software development lifecycle

How you'll work
