Join ProRata as a Senior Partner Solutions Engineer to drive the technical success of Gist Answers, an AI-powered engine for publishers. You will own the end-to-end technical implementation for partners, ensuring smooth launches and optimal AI answer quality through configuration and prompt tuning.
This position serves as the critical link between external partners and internal engineering teams. You will diagnose technical issues, manage content ingestion, and build scalable processes to support a growing portfolio of media clients without needing to write production code.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end technical onboarding for new publishing partners
- Configure widgets, tune prompts, and optimize AI answer relevance
- Serve as first responder for partner-reported technical issues
- Diagnose bugs and write reproducible reports for Engineering
- Maintain documentation for onboarding and troubleshooting processes
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve platform features
What you'll need
- Comfortable navigating APIs and interpreting console logs
- Basic understanding of generative AI and large language models
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for partner interactions
- Highly organized with strict adherence to service level agreements
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
- Located in US East Coast or Central time zones
Nice to have
- Experience in Solutions Engineering or Technical Account Management
- Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress or WordPress VIP
- Knowledge of content ingestion pipelines and structured data
- Background in configuring AI-generated outputs or prompt tuning
