Join Eye Security as a Senior Partner Manager focused on Cyber Insurance. You will manage and grow a network of insurance brokers in Germany, acting as their primary contact for sales and technical questions regarding cyber security solutions.
This role involves guiding brokers through the sales process, identifying upselling opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams like Underwriting and Marketing. You will also represent the company at industry events and help shape the partner strategy in a dynamic market.
What you'll do
- Manage and expand the network of insurance brokers in Germany
- Serve as the main contact for partners on sales and technical matters
- Support brokers in identifying and advising potential customers
- Conduct regular partner meetings to identify cross-selling potential
- Organize and lead training sessions, workshops, and webinars
- Analyze sales KPIs to identify growth opportunities in the portfolio
- Collaborate with Underwriting, Sales, and Marketing teams
- Represent the company at broker events and industry trade fairs
- Monitor market trends in insurance and cybersecurity
What you'll need
- Several years of experience managing insurance brokers or sales partners
- Existing network in the German insurance market is advantageous
- Experience selling complex insurance products, ideally in Insurtech
- Proven track record in developing partner relationships
- Strong initiative and hands-on mentality
- Experience with sales KPIs and data-driven business development
- Fluent German (C2) and very good English skills
- Interest in cybersecurity and willingness to travel 60%
