This strategic and operational role involves designing, executing, and optimizing performance marketing strategies across various digital channels. You will lead a small team, manage client relationships, and identify growth opportunities while collaborating with content, design, and technology departments.
What you'll do
- Design and optimize performance marketing strategies for diverse clients
- Manage campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other platforms
- Analyze metrics to identify improvements and maximize results
- Create performance reports and present findings to clients
- Lead meetings, presentations, and commercial pitches
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within accounts
- Supervise and mentor two team members
- Collaborate with content, design, ecommerce, and tech teams
- Help define new processes, tools, and automations
What you'll need
- Senior experience in digital marketing or performance agencies
- Proven experience leading teams of at least two people
- Hands-on management of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads
- Ability to design acquisition and growth strategies from scratch
- Experience building reports, dashboards, and performance analysis
- Strong skills in presenting results and recommendations to clients
- Track record of identifying account growth opportunities
- Knowledge of ecommerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon
- Familiarity with delivery platforms such as Uber Eats or Rappi
