Join the Technical Services team to guide customers from initial purchase to stable, scaled production using Temporal. You will act as the primary technical owner, establishing best practices for reliability and performance while removing blockers for client engineering teams.
The role involves running technical programs, defining operational standards, and partnering with internal teams to ensure successful delivery. You will translate production success into growth opportunities and maintain long-term technical health for key accounts.
What you'll do
- Own customer production readiness and reduce time-to-production
- Establish guardrails for reliability, scaling, and failure handling
- Train customer architects on Temporal Server and SDK best practices
