Join the platform team at Cytora, part of Applied Systems, to support the Underwriting Productivity Suite. You will maintain infrastructure as code, monitoring systems, and deployment pipelines for a serverless web application used by insurers globally.
What you'll do
- Manage infrastructure, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines
- Support single and multi-tenant deployments across regions
- Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform
- Collaborate with product managers on technical roadmaps
- Balance rapid delivery with system complexity requirements
What you'll need
- Strong experience with serverless architectures (Lambda, SQS, SNS)
- Proficiency in AWS services like RDS Aurora, APIGW, and S3
- Experience with GCP services such as Vertex AI and BigQuery
- Proven track record with Terraform and Terragrunt
- Solid knowledge of Python and OOP principles
- Understanding of networking fundamentals and VPC security
- Experience building and maintaining multi-region deployments
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills
Nice to have
- Experience with ECS, Fargate, or Kubernetes (EKS)
- Familiarity with CircleCI for CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of Datadog for monitoring and logging
- Experience designing single and multi-tenancy solutions
- Awareness of GDPR compliant system requirements
- Prior exposure to Cloudflare, Orca, or Vanta
