You will own the lifecycle of policy forms and endorsements for personal lines products, ensuring they match regulatory filings. Working with underwriting and product teams, you will draft contracts, manage state filings, and execute quality assurance tests on rating changes and system outputs.
What you'll do
- Draft and maintain personal lines contracts and endorsements across multiple states
- Manage regulatory filings and respond to department of insurance inquiries
- Test system outputs to verify they match filed forms in function and format
- Execute testing for rating table updates and pricing changes by state
- Develop test plans, cases, and defect tracking for contract and system changes
- Partner with analytics to automate quality assurance processes
- Collaborate with Product, Underwriting, and Actuarial teams on cross-functional changes
What you'll need
- 5+ years in personal lines P&C insurance contract development or claims
- Strong ability to interpret policy language and identify coverage differences
- Experience with state regulatory environments and filing processes
- Proficiency in QA methodology, including test planning and UAT
- Skill in reading system output to detect discrepancies against filed documents
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Must be authorized to work in the United States full-time

- Experience in insurance systems environment with QA focus
- Background in continuous improvement and process automation
- Ability to stand in for direct contract background with exceptional QA skills
