Join Binance.US as a Senior Product Analyst at the intersection of product strategy, experimentation, and data science. You will partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to understand user behavior and translate insights into product changes that improve conversion, revenue, and retention.
This hands-on role requires using A/B testing and product analytics to drive measurable business outcomes. You will define hypotheses, evaluate experiments, and ensure accurate data instrumentation for consumer-facing products.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end product analytics for key consumer-facing initiatives
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on user funnels, cohorts, and journeys
- Design and analyze A/B and multivariate experiments for product growth
- Partner with PMs to define hypotheses, metrics, and guardrails
- Translate complex findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders
- Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and monitoring metrics
- Ensure accurate event tracking and data instrumentation for features
- Leverage AI tools and ML techniques for advanced segmentation analysis
What you'll need
- 4+ years in Data Science or Product Analytics in consumer tech
- Proven experience designing A/B tests that improved revenue or retention
- Strong understanding of experimental design, statistics, and causal inference
- Deep experience analyzing user funnels, cohorts, and lifecycle metrics
- Fluency in SQL and proficiency in Python or R
- Experience building dashboards and data visualizations for insights
- Ability to connect data insights to product strategy and commercial outcomes
- Excellent communication skills to influence product decisions via data
Nice to have
- Experience with Tableau for data visualization
- Prior experience in fintech, crypto, or marketplace products
- Comfort leveraging AI tools to extend analytical capabilities
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments
