You will help product teams understand how their work impacts user behavior and business results. By defining key metrics and analyzing product funnels, you will guide the evolution of Constructor's search and discovery engine. The team uses proprietary AI technology to power search and recommendations for major global retailers.
What you'll do
- Define and validate success metrics for product teams
- Build frameworks linking product performance to revenue
- Analyze user behavior and funnels to guide strategy
- Design and analyze A/B tests for product changes
- Set up analytics infrastructure including dashboards
- Partner with leadership to turn insights into decisions
What you'll need
- Strong track record solving business problems with data
- Solid knowledge of SQL and large datasets
- Experience with Python for analysis (pandas, NumPy)
- Deep understanding of A/B testing and statistics
- Ability to define metrics and analyze product funnels
- Proven ability to work independently and own analytics
- Clear communication skills to influence product strategy
Nice to have
- Familiarity with ML-driven or AI products
- Experience working in the ecommerce sector
- Experience as the primary analyst in a product team
