Assured modernizes insurance claims processing by providing large insurers with software solutions for self-service filing and fraud detection. As a Senior Product Analyst, you will evaluate the success of AI-powered capabilities, design experiments to validate product changes, and build reporting tools that help teams understand feature adoption and customer behavior.
What you'll do
- Define metrics and evaluation frameworks for AI-powered customer experiences
- Design and analyze experiments to help product teams make confident roadmap decisions
- Build dashboards for leadership to monitor feature adoption and product performance
- Identify behavioral signals that predict long-term customer success or churn
- Analyze usage patterns to uncover friction points and improve customer experience
- Partner with product managers and engineers to answer high-impact business questions
- Improve data instrumentation and define meaningful metrics for better decision making
What you'll need
- Track record of using data to influence product development and strategy
- Strong analytical fundamentals with SQL as a core toolkit component
- Ability to explain complex findings to technical and non-technical audiences
- Comfortable solving ambiguous problems starting with questions rather than datasets
- Adaptability to learn new tools quickly, including AI-assisted coding tools
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Mixpanel, Deepnote, AWS, Python, or R
- Experience with application instrumentation and modern analytics platforms
