Join the Product Design team to build intuitive experiences for developer-centric AI agents. You will bridge the gap between algorithmic capabilities and user needs, ensuring high-quality implementation through durable design systems and direct collaboration with engineering.
What you'll do
- Own product experience design from concept and user flows to final visual details
- Analyze underlying algorithms and policies to inform design decisions
- Conduct customer research and align findings with business priorities
- Verify implementation quality including accessibility, copy, and edge cases
- Create durable design systems with components and guidelines for engineers
- Develop agent skills and harnesses that encode specific design decisions
- Collaborate with Marketing on visuals and content for shipped features
What you'll need
- 8+ years of product design experience with strong UX and visual skills
- Proven track record of shipping technical products with deep mechanical understanding
- Experience using coding agents and tuning their output quality
- Ability to build prototypes and production UI using React
- Skill in balancing scope against business needs within existing patterns
- Clear communication of technical ideas and design decisions in writing and visuals
- Willingness to seek feedback early and adapt decisions based on new data
