You will take ownership of product features from initial strategy through to customer release, working closely with product and engineering teams. This position requires turning ambiguous concepts into tested prototypes and shipping high-quality interfaces for Jasper's AI marketing platform.

What you'll do

  • Synthesize customer feedback and data to identify product opportunities
  • Generate and test product ideas using prototypes and customer input
  • Design flows and production-ready interfaces from concept to launch
  • Build high-fidelity prototypes with realistic data for validation
  • Use AI coding tools to iterate designs and improve workflows
  • Ensure accessibility, responsive behavior, and clear information architecture
  • Define success metrics and guide post-launch iterations using data
  • Mentor peers and contribute to shared design patterns

What you'll need

  • 5-8+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio
  • Proven track record taking products or features from 0 to 1
  • Strong interaction and visual design skills including accessibility
  • Hands-on prototyping ability in Figma
  • Experience with at least one AI coding tool like Claude Code or Cursor
  • Familiarity with design systems and complex enterprise software
  • Ability to ship design changes via GitHub pull requests
  • Strong collaboration skills with product and engineering teams

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI products or marketing workflows
  • Background in building design systems across multiple teams
