What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end product design from discovery through delivery
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and customer interviews
- Design accessible, responsive experiences for desktop and mobile
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and information architecture
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams
- Prototype AI-powered interfaces and conversational workflows
- Contribute to design systems and improve team processes
What you'll need
- 5-8 years designing digital SaaS products
- Strong skills in UX, interaction, and visual design
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative user research
- Deep proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools
- Proven success in cross-functional Agile teams
- Strong strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to mentor colleagues and elevate design quality
