As a Senior Product Designer at B2Spin, you will construct the design system that powers gamification across a growing multi-brand Social Casino portfolio. You will shift the team from designing mechanics from scratch to shipping robust primitives and patterns that operate independently.
You will also own the integration of AI into the design workflow, ensuring efficiency and quality. Additionally, you will specify and encode motion craft so that animation timing and feel remain consistent across every brand reskin.
What you'll do
- Build gamification primitives, patterns, and templates for mini-games and loyalty mechanics
- Create systems operable by other designers and agents without direct intervention
- Audit design bottlenecks and build AI workflows to remove duplication
- Own the quality bar for all outputs shipped by the design function
- Design, prototype, and document animation with engineer-ready specs
- Bake motion standards into primitives to ensure consistency across reskins
- Drive adoption of new processes and tooling across the team
- Lead complex product design from brief to build, focusing on key metrics
What you'll need
- Proven depth in design systems, including componentization and tokens
- Experience with multi-brand theming and versioning at scale
- Demonstrated fluency in building AI pipelines and tools for design
- Experience owning gamification, rewards, or progression mechanics
- Familiarity with the numerical data behind game mechanics
- Track record of changing team workflows and driving tool adoption
- Strong motion craft skills in Figma, ideally augmented with AI
- Code literacy sufficient to read front ends and build shipping tooling
Nice to have
- Multi-brand or white-label product experience
- Experience in live-ops-heavy environments
- Proficiency with Rive
