You will lead the end-to-end experience for Sena, an AI-native platform that transforms consumer data into strategic insights. Working closely with product and engineering leadership, you will shape how enterprise clients interact with AI-generated reports and market intelligence.
This position requires a designer who thinks like a product owner and is comfortable bridging design and code. You will use AI-driven development workflows to prototype and build front-end implementations while ensuring complex data visualizations remain clear and actionable.
What you'll do
- Own the end-to-end user experience for the Sena AI platform
- Influence product direction and how intelligence is surfaced
- Design dashboards and layouts for dense, multi-dimensional data
- Prototype and iterate on front-end implementations using AI tools
- Defend design decisions based on adoption and revenue impact
- Collaborate directly with engineering and product leadership
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS
- Fluency with AI and LLM tooling in design workflows
- Ability to write or edit HTML and CSS
- Experience with AI-assisted coding tools like Claude Code
- Strong skills in user research and stakeholder advocacy
- Expertise in data visualization and information hierarchy
- Comfort making decisions with incomplete information
Nice to have
- Background in market intelligence or analytics platforms
- Experience designing AI-native core products
- Knowledge of design systems and component architecture
- Experience working with global distributed teams
