What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end design for new products and complex features
- Partner with product and engineering to define problems and solutions
- Shape direction early in the process when ambiguity is high
- Prototype ideas and iterate based on customer feedback and data
- Balance long-term vision with immediate execution needs
- Contribute to the evolution of the company design system
What you'll need
- 5+ years designing complex B2B SaaS products
- Experience with operational workflows or data-rich experiences
- Portfolio demonstrating problem framing and user-centered thinking
- Ability to connect design decisions to business outcomes
- Confidence to advocate for ideas and influence product decisions
- Curiosity about applying AI to improve customer workflows
