Join Meadow as a Senior Product Designer to build a modern payments platform for universities. You will partner with product and engineering teams to conceptualize, validate, and ship features that simplify student finances.
This position emphasizes an AI-first approach, requiring you to prototype early with code-assist tools and refine designs in Figma. As the second designer on the team, you will help establish design practices from the ground up.
What you'll do
- Own product work end-to-end from problem definition to launch
- Prototype flows and interactions using AI tools like Cursor
- Translate validated concepts into production-ready Figma designs
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product managers
- Help shape the product design practice as an early team member
What you'll need
- 4-6+ years of experience in product design
- Proficiency with Figma and front-end engineering skills
- Strong product sense with empathy for user outcomes
- High agency mindset with end-to-end ownership
- Effective communication with cross-functional teams
Nice to have
- Experience with 0→1 product development
- Background in early-stage startups (Seed to Series B)
- Active use of AI tools in design workflows
- Experience interfacing with clients for research
