Join Mondoo as a Senior Product Designer to build security tools that protect users and data globally. You will work closely with product, engineering, and leadership to transform complex technical workflows into intuitive experiences. This is a hands-on role focused on shipping real craft, not just handing off designs.
What you'll do
- Lead design for core platform initiatives from concept to final craft
- Translate dense technical workflows into understandable human experiences
- Partner with engineers to prototype interactions using code and AI tools
- Build and extend the design system directly in production
- Explore broad options before committing to a clear design direction
- Champion design principles across all work and raise team standards
What you'll need
- Solid product design experience, ideally in early-stage startups
- Portfolio showing detailed craft and high-level strategy
- Strong command of typography, space, color theory, and UX clarity
- Comfortable prototyping with code and working alongside engineers
- Ability to read HTML and CSS and inspect pages comfortably
- Mastery of Figma and willingness to use additional tools
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work independently remotely
Nice to have
- Experience designing for technical audiences like developers or DevOps
- Ability to write some code beyond just reading it
- History of shipping real code components
