Join the Audit product team to own end-to-end design for complex problem spaces. You will partner with Product and Engineering to shape strategy and deliver scalable solutions that modernize audit workflows.
This position requires balancing speed with craft while integrating AI into daily design practices. You will help build software that streamlines assurance and audit work for global commerce.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end design for complex audit workflows from definition to launch
- Partner with Product and Engineering to influence roadmaps and strategy
- Translate customer needs and research into clear user journeys and UI
- Balance rapid iteration with usability and long-term product quality
- Advocate for users while considering technical and regulatory constraints
- Contribute to the design system and mentor peers on design craft
What you'll need
- 6+ years of experience in Product Design roles
- Background in complex B2B SaaS products preferred
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Experience owning problem spaces end-to-end with minimal direction
- Proven ability to think in systems and anticipate downstream impacts
- Experience designing or working with AI-assisted workflows
- Demonstrated skill in mentoring teams and providing thoughtful critique
