Join EverAI, a fast-growing company building the world's largest AI companionship platform with 50 million users. You will shape product surfaces including character creation, monetization flows, and interactive features while working closely with product and engineering leads.
The team values high agency, speed, and original thinking. You will balance craft with experimentation to define next-generation consumer AI experiences, using modern tools and AI generation to accelerate your workflow.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end design from concept to delivery across multiple product areas
- Translate complex technical challenges into intuitive user experiences
- Design for engagement, retention, monetization, and conversion at scale
- Create and iterate on visual content including image and video assets
- Contribute original product ideas and identify opportunities beyond briefs
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Leadership to solve problems
- Use AI image and video generation tools within the design process
What you'll need
- Strong experience designing high-quality consumer digital products
- Excellent product thinking and interaction design skills
- Comfortable working with AI tools and maintaining technical fluency
- Strong prototyping skills using design tools or code-based approaches
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Succinct communicator who respects others' time and builds trust
- Comfortable working with NSFW product experiences
Nice to have
- Experience with AI-native, conversational, or social products
- Background in designing monetization or subscription flows
- Experience designing for NSFW or adult user experiences
- Motion design, systems design, or front-end adjacent skills
- Familiarity with creative tooling and content workflows
