Join EverAI, a fast-growing company building the world's largest AI companionship platform with 50 million users. You will shape product surfaces including character creation, monetization, and interactive features while working closely with product and engineering teams.
The team values speed, experimentation, and high-quality craft. You will translate complex technical challenges into intuitive user experiences and contribute original ideas to define the next generation of consumer AI products.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end design from concept to delivery across multiple product areas
- Translate complex technical challenges into intuitive user experiences
- Design for engagement, retention, monetization, and conversion at scale
- Create and iterate on visual content including image and video assets
- Contribute original product ideas and identify opportunities beyond briefs
- Collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, and Leadership teams
- Use AI image and video generation tools as part of the design process
What you'll need
- Strong experience designing high-quality consumer digital products
- Excellent product thinking and interaction design skills
- Strong technical fluency and comfort working with AI tools
- Proficient in prototyping with appropriate fidelity for testing
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities
- High design taste and strong visual judgment
- Comfortable operating independently in ambiguous environments
- Willingness to work with NSFW product experiences
Nice to have
- Experience with AI-native or conversational products
- Background in designing monetization or subscription flows
- Experience designing for NSFW or adult user experiences
- Motion design, systems, or front-end adjacent skills
- Familiarity with creative tooling and content workflows
