Join EverAI, a fast-growing company building the world's largest AI companionship platform with 50 million users. As a Senior Product Designer, you will own end-to-end design across multiple product surfaces, including interactive features and growth experiences.
You will work closely with the Product Design Lead, managers, and engineers to solve complex problems. The role requires balancing speed with craft while exploring new opportunities in consumer AI.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end design from concept through delivery across multiple product areas
- Translate complex technical challenges into intuitive user experiences
- Design for engagement, retention, monetization, and conversion at scale
- Create and iterate on visual content like images and video for product exploration
- Contribute original product ideas and identify opportunities beyond the immediate brief
- Experiment with new workflows to improve speed and output quality
- Use AI image and video generation tools as part of the design process
- Communicate design reasoning clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams
What you'll need
- Strong experience designing high-quality consumer digital products
- Excellent product thinking and interaction design skills
- Strong technical fluency and comfort working with AI tools
- Strong prototyping skills using design tools or code-based approaches
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities
- High design taste and strong visual judgment
- Confidence operating independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Comfortable working with NSFW product experiences
Nice to have
- Experience with AI-native, conversational, or social products
- Background in creative tooling or technical experimentation
- Experience designing monetization or subscription products
- Experience designing for NSFW or adult user experiences
- Motion, systems, or front-end-adjacent experience
