Join EverAI, a rapidly growing company redefining AI companionship with over 50 million users. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to design intuitive, high-quality experiences for conversational AI, character creation, and monetization flows.
This position requires strong product judgment and technical fluency. You will balance speed with craft while exploring new opportunities in consumer AI, using modern tools and AI generation to accelerate your workflow.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end design from concept to delivery across multiple product areas
- Translate complex technical challenges into intuitive user experiences
- Design for engagement, retention, and conversion at scale
- Create visual content including images and video for product and marketing
- Contribute original product ideas and identify opportunities beyond the brief
- Collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, and Leadership teams
- Use AI image and video generation tools within the design process
What you'll need
- Strong experience designing high-quality consumer digital products
- Excellent product thinking and interaction design skills
- Strong technical fluency and comfort working with AI tools
- Proficient in prototyping with appropriate fidelity for testing
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Succinct communication skills and ability to defend design reasoning
- Comfortable working with NSFW product experiences
Nice to have
- Experience with AI-native, conversational, or social products
- Background in designing monetization or subscription flows
- Experience designing for adult or NSFW user experiences
- Motion design, systems design, or front-end adjacent skills
- Familiarity with creative tooling and technical experimentation
