You will transform complex requirements into intuitive digital experiences for web and mobile platforms. This position requires blending traditional design skills with hands-on use of AI tools to create interactive prototypes and implement UI components.
Working within a global insights firm, you will collaborate with product and engineering teams to validate ideas and maintain design consistency. The goal is to bridge the gap between design concepts and working interfaces using modern workflows.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end design from research to usability testing
- Design responsive interfaces for web and mobile apps
- Use AI tools to accelerate prototyping and UI implementation
- Build functional prototypes and implement UI components
- Collaborate with stakeholders to validate design feasibility
- Maintain and evolve design systems and interface patterns
- Conduct user research to identify improvement opportunities
- Balance UX, visual quality, and technical constraints
What you'll need
- 5+ years in Product Design or UI/UX Design
- Portfolio showing high-quality web or mobile experiences
- Proficiency in Figma or similar prototyping tools
- Strong grasp of user-centered and interaction design
- Experience with user research and usability testing
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and frontend concepts
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered coding tools
- Ability to turn designs into functional prototypes via AI
- Strong English communication and collaboration skills
Nice to have
- Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, or React
- Familiarity with natural-language-to-code workflows
- Skill in translating Figma designs to functional UI
- Knowledge of motion design and micro-interactions
- Experience maintaining reusable frontend components
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methods
- Knowledge of data-driven design or A/B testing
- Background in SaaS or enterprise-level product design
- Experience designing dashboards or data visualizations
