Join the Risk Modeling team at Vanta to define how organizations identify, assess, and communicate risk. You will partner with cross-functional teams to turn ambiguous problems into scalable product experiences that help security and business leaders manage risk as an ongoing practice.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end design from problem framing through launch and iteration
- Simplify complex risk concepts like scoring models and treatment plans
- Design information architecture for data-dense workflows and dashboards
- Establish patterns for auditability, permissions, and explainability
- Conduct customer discovery and usability testing with risk managers
- Collaborate with Design Systems to create reusable experience patterns
- Translate domain complexity and technical constraints into design direction
What you'll need
- 7+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
- Experience designing configurable systems with multiple personas
- Strong skills in data-dense interfaces and information architecture
- Ability to frame ambiguous problems and learn complex domains
- High craft in interaction design, UX writing, and visual design
- Portfolio demonstrating shipped work and complex workflow solutions
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
