Join Welltech as a Senior Product Engineer to shape the technical foundation of global wellness applications like Muscle Booster and Yoga-Go. You will own the cross-platform ecosystem, spanning mobile, web, and backend services, while leveraging AI to accelerate development cycles.
This position emphasizes end-to-end ownership, requiring you to collaborate directly with product and design teams to translate business goals into scalable technical solutions. You will focus on shipping measurable outcomes rather than just code, ensuring high performance and rapid iteration.
What you'll do
- Evolving cross-platform ecosystems for mobile, web, and infrastructure layers
- Designing scalable foundations for health and fitness applications
- Translating business needs into technical solutions with stakeholders
- Improving AI-agentic workflows across the development lifecycle
- Developing shared platform capabilities and internal tooling
- Implementing native mobile integrations and advanced media experiences
- Building reliable integrations between frontend clients and BFF services
- Participating in architecture discussions and code reviews
What you'll need
- Strong commercial experience with React Native and TypeScript
- Solid understanding of full-stack architecture including cloud layers
- Experience building scalable cross-platform systems
- Deep knowledge of software architecture and performance optimization
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tooling
- Comfort working in AI-assisted or agentic development environments
- Experience with backend-driven UI architectures
- Focus on maintainability, reliability, and fast iteration
Nice to have
- Experience building white-label mobile applications
- Knowledge of Backend for Frontend (BFF) service design
- Hands-on backend development with TypeScript and Node.js
- Familiarity with OWASP mobile security best practices
- Experience with Trunk Based Development and TDD/BDD
- Expertise in native video player integrations and HLS streaming
