Join the Traveler Lifecycle team at WeTravel to create intuitive workflows and AI-powered automations for travel business organizers. You will lead projects such as CRM development, organizer dashboards, and task management systems to streamline operations for small to medium-sized travel businesses.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end feature development from design to production monitoring
- Partner with product teams to define solutions for user problems
- Write maintainable code for frontend and backend systems
- Ensure service resilience through monitoring and incident response
- Mentor teammates and improve engineering practices
What you'll need
- 7+ years of software engineering experience, ideally full-stack
- Proficiency in React or React Native for consumer-facing apps
- Experience with component libraries and design systems
- Strong background in distributed systems and microservices
- Experience with production operations, monitoring, and on-call duties
- Excellent communication skills for distributed multicultural teams
- Experience using AI assistants for code generation and testing
- Proven ability to lead projects and mentor other engineers
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Ruby on Rails or other backend languages
- Recent experience building AI-enabled or Agentic applications
