Join the Simulation Team at SoSafe, a human risk management provider focused on cybersecurity awareness. You will develop and maintain scalable fullstack systems that deliver engaging training and simulations to help organizations combat cyber threats.
The team works on complex web applications using modern technologies. You will collaborate with platform and frontend teams to ensure seamless integrations while contributing to architectural decisions and mentoring junior developers.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain scalable fullstack software systems
- Monitor system reliability using tools like Sentry and Datadog
- Collaborate on the architecture of complex web applications
- Work with platform and frontend teams for seamless integrations
- Coach and mentor developers with less experience
What you'll need
- Minimum 5 years of development experience with modern tech stacks
- At least 3 years of experience with React, Node, and TypeScript
- Experience with relational databases, preferably Aurora PostgreSQL
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design and microservices
- Familiarity with AWS cloud environments
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana or Datadog
- Background in SaaS businesses or rapid change environments
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
