You will drive product strategy for UpGuard’s AI-driven security platform, guiding initiatives from discovery to delivery. Working with cross-functional teams, you will translate customer needs into actionable requirements and ensure solutions deliver measurable business value.
What you'll do
- Define strategic vision and roadmap for key platform areas
- Partner with Engineering and Design to launch new features
- Translate customer problems into clear product requirements
- Collaborate with Design to ensure intuitive user experiences
- Prioritize work by balancing customer needs and technical constraints
- Analyze performance metrics to measure success and improve products
- Communicate product strategy and progress to stakeholders
What you'll need
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in SaaS or tech
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and analytical thinking abilities
- Ability to define and drive complex product initiatives
- Experience collaborating with UX or design teams
- Strong understanding of data and metrics for decision making
- Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification
Nice to have
- Previous experience in security or compliance fields
- Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and solutions
- Exposure to GRC teams, risk assessment, or audit processes
- Background in design thinking and user experience
- Experience with integrations, APIs, or data-driven development
- Track record of identifying commercial opportunities
How you'll work
- Fully remote working environment
- Physical offices in Sydney and Hobart optional
- US hiring limited to specific states if based there
- National police history check required before start
