You will drive the strategy and execution for key product initiatives supporting the Quebec market launch of the company's ARC platform. Acting as the domain expert for dealership Fixed Operations, you will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver solutions that optimize service lane operations, parts inventory, and technician productivity.
The role requires deep subject matter expertise in automotive retail workflows, including repair order management and warranty administration. You will build scalable B2B products that connect OEMs, retailers, and consumers through a seamless, data-driven ecosystem.
