Clutch seeks a Senior Product Manager to own the Account Opening funnel, optimizing how new members find and book applications with credit union partners. While the decision engine is automated, this role focuses on maximizing funnel efficiency and driving high-quality traffic.
You will collaborate with existing engineering squads in Brazil and product colleagues in the US. Success requires earning trust across teams, setting clear priorities, and delivering a roadmap that improves conversion and attribution without direct authority over the development squads.
What you'll do
- Own the acquisition and onboarding roadmap with clear priorities and tradeoffs
- Analyze funnel drop-offs by partner, channel, and stage to identify gaps
- Ship conversion improvements and measure impact against baseline metrics
- Implement attribution instrumentation to connect campaigns to applications
- Evaluate build, buy, or partner options for campaign tooling markets
- Collaborate with engineering squads to deliver features without direct management
- Shadow implementations to understand real-time product deployment and configuration
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management in B2B or B2B2C environments
- Proven ownership of acquisition, conversion, or growth outcomes with metrics
- Experience instrumenting funnels, running experiments, and analyzing drop-off
- Working knowledge of marketing attribution, UTM pipelines, and CPA math
- Ability to deliver through teams you do not directly control
- Experience defining metrics from scratch and questioning data validity
- Track record of running build/buy/partner evaluations and defending choices
- Native use of AI tooling as part of your daily product workflow

- Fintech, banking, or credit union industry experience
- Ability to learn new financial domains quickly
