You will define and execute product strategies aligned with business goals, managing the roadmap from concept to launch. This position requires strong external engagement with customers and stakeholders to refine strategic direction and drive innovation in trust solutions.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps aligned with business goals
- Define and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and use cases
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform decisions
- Drive product development from concept to launch with engineering teams
- Collaborate with marketing and sales on go-to-market strategies
- Analyze customer feedback and metrics to iterate on features
- Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative culture
- Write user stories and participate in scrum ceremonies
- Determine buy/build/partner decisions and assess technologies
- Perform profitability analysis and track product success metrics
What you'll need
- Deep experience in product development processes and best practices
- Excellent communication skills across all mediums
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience conducting market research and customer insights analysis
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing performance metrics
- Track record of launching software products in fast-paced environments
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management
Nice to have
- Certifications in product management or related fields
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira or Asana
- Experience in SaaS industry and B2B enterprise products
- Track record working with global remote teams
- Experience with go-to-market strategies and product positioning
- Knowledge of decision engines and billing systems
