As the sole Product Manager, you will define the roadmap for Tango’s documentation, in-app guidance, and automation tools. You will partner with three senior product designers to translate customer insights into shipped features, focusing on practical AI applications rather than hype.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own rollout planning, measure impact, and establish product standards. The role requires deep engagement with users to ensure the platform solves real workflow challenges for enterprise and self-serve customers.
What you'll do
- Own the product roadmap and prioritize investments based on data and customer evidence
- Lead discovery efforts to identify new opportunities and validate ideas through testing
- Define success metrics and conduct post-launch analysis to measure impact
- Manage rollout planning from PRD creation to go-to-market execution
- Drive AI and MCP platform strategy to integrate agentic features into workflows
- Collaborate with senior designers to refine product requirements and ensure quality
- Serve as the primary voice of the customer within the organization
What you'll need
- 7+ years of experience in software product management roles
- Track record of scaling products at two or more companies
- Strong habit of conducting customer discovery and using user conversations to guide work
- Proficiency in product analytics and designing experiments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for aligning stakeholders
- Ability to make decisions under ambiguity and adjust based on data
- Experience shipping AI-powered products or working with MCP is a plus
